September 2022 - Davis Cup Final group stages in Glasgow

Eleanor travelled up to the Emirates Arena in Glasgow to oversee media operations on behalf of the LTA at the Davis Cup Final group stage event which played host to four teams, including Great Britain. Her role included looking after an eclectic mix of international media, organising press conferences, managing photographers and content teams and supporting the broadcast manager in what was a multi-organisational team. The competition was overshadowed by the death of Queen Elizabeth II, who had passed away the previous week, and it was necessary to ensure all interviews and press requests were carried out in a respectful manner and national protocols were adhered to. There were alterations to the match schedule, presentations and events so it was important to remain flexible, keep abreast of the ever-changing landscape and make sure any modifications were promptly relayed to the media.
