June 2021 - Grass court season media operations

The tennis grass court season is a busy time for The Emilia Group and in 2021 we were delighted to see the return of many events after COVID forced cancellations in 2020. Unfortunately The Boodles, one of our favourite events of the year, was not able to take place again in 2021. However, this meant we were available to take on media operations at the LTA Eastbourne Viking International alongside the LTA Birmingham Classic which we have worked on for many years. These international WTA and ATP events attract high profile fields and this year was no different. What was different was working under strict protocols which adds an additional level of management when it comes to on-site media, photographers and broadcasters.
