Eton Fives Association Communications Strategy

The Eton Fives Association (EFA) had limited budget but wanted to find ways of growing Eton Fives, a wall-based, highly tactical handball sport first created at Eton and played on a buttressed court using a stone ball and gloves. We worked with the small governing body to develop a realistic and practical communications strategy, based on achievable goals and real targets and designed to be implemented by the largely voluntary workforce. While our focus was on helping the EFA communicate more effectively with their existing and potential audiences and grow the sport from within, we also had significant PR wins such as gaining coverage on BBC Radio London.
